For more than a decade, Orion Systems (www.orisys.com) has navigated the laws and regulations that govern signature and biometric capture. Because we were accumulating so much knowledge and experience navigating the often confusing legal and implementation waters, we began this site as a private resource for our internal staff and our customers. It was then that it hit us - wouldn't it be beneficial to offer this site as a centralized source to the public at large. A site that would enable all to quickly research the technologies, rules and laws as well as provide a news stream of all the latest happenings in the industry.

eSign Portal is designed to provide that information! On our pages you will find information on electronic and digital signatures laws, regulations and guidelines, as well as the use of signature and biometric capture in commercial and government applications, prevention of identity theft, and other important information to consider when implementing a paperless solution.
